To explore starting therapy with me, contact me to schedule a consultation. This consultation is free and serves as an opportunity to ask any questions you may have + see whether I am the right fit for you.
If you decide that my services are a good fit, we will schedule an intake session, during which I will invite you to share about your symptoms and challenges, goals for therapy, and history. During the intake we will also discuss scheduling follow-up sessions and initial recommendations for treatment.

My out-of-pocket rate is $150 per session.
I am in-network with the following insurance companies:
Premera
Regence
VA Community Care
I am not individually paneled with any other insurance companies. I can give you a superbill for my services, which may help you get reimbursed by your insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you're eligible for out-of-network benefits.
I know that cost can be a big barrier for many people looking for therapy. Because of this, I provide sliding scale fees for clients in financial need. Please contact me if you are interested in a sliding scale slot— I want you to have access to the help you need!

If you want to use out of network benefits, it is important to discuss your eligibility with your insurance provider. I highly recommend calling them to learn about your coverage. Some helpful questions to ask include:
What are my out-of-network mental health benefits for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker?
Is there a deductible that needs to be met first?
Do I need a referral from my primary care provider?
How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
What is my co-pay per session?
Are there any restrictions in place?

I work with children ages 4 and older, teenagers, and adults.
I typically work with children under the age of 12 in person. For children ages 12 and older, virtual therapy is also an option.
It is important to consider whether virtual therapy is the right fit, especially for tweens and teens. Here are a few questions to consider:
Are they interested in and open to virtual therapy?
Have they participated in virtual activities (such as remote learning?) If so, how was this experience for them?
